The Propper Gen III fleece is the authentic design level III high loft fleece from the US Army's Gen III Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS) program, sewn to military specification GL/PD-06-03. Made with a soft, comfortable high pile 100% polyester fleece.

Nylon reinforcements have been added at the collar, shoulders, and elbows for abrasion resistance against outdoor snags and hazards. This ensures the fleece can stand up to the rigors of loadbearing equipment, ruck sacks, and gear.

Designed for movement, the Propper Polartec Gen III Fleece features stretch-grid fleece side panels for added comfort, breathability, and significant stretch. Raglan sleeves allow for a better range of shoulder motion.

This fleece can be used as a standalone jacket with its internal chest pockets, hand warmer pockets on the front, and space for name, unit, and rank. It can also function as a midlayer option.

An essential for outdoor activities, the Propper 100% Polyester Gen III Fleece provides warmth in cool weather and can be used as a layer under a parka or as an outer fleece sweatshirt. It can also be zipped into military parkas for active duty use.
